I believe the foundation of a successful massage session and happy patrons with less neck or back pain is humility; in that as the therapist I am merely a connection for each client's own journey of health…via massage. 

My goal is to provide results that are efficient and long lasting and with the important values instilled at an early age, I have found that It takes awareness, intuition and a sense of drive to really understand people in a way that facilitates their journey of health..with less pain.

Over the last 10 years of practicing the art of bodywork, it’s been evident that my clients are just as invested in their well being as I am and that is the most inspiring feeling of all; the essence of why I chose massage therapy for my career and continue to educate the importance of continual self care.
