We have spent the month going over the negative effects that sitting has on the body and how its considered just as bad as smoking (yikes!). For the final episode I'm sharing my favorite stretches and other self protocol routines to help combat the effects of sittings too much. Stretches for that sore low back, twists and turns that help stiff necks so click on the vids and enjoy these sweet vids.

ironically, moves that stretch and release the low back, tone other muscles like your glutei! I love this video because it shows great support on the spine so while you're sitting at home, take a seat on the floor, get your back against the couch, and try some hip thrusts.
