We get it, your neck hurts


...From holding the phone all day at work, your back hurts from sitting in that bulldozer for too long or maybe your feet and hips AND upper back hurt from standing in front of the chalkboard and you’re wondering ‘what’s going to fix this?’ 

Join me every week as we take a journey thru a different profession for the month and discuss how our bodies are affected by the repetitive motions of said profession along with ways I would assess and work with those muscle groups; ending the month long conversation with self care tips and tricks to help you start feeling better!


Come back in November where we will start the month off discussing positional pain that comes from sitting too much and ways to remedy that hip, back, and even shoulder pain that can occur.
